Mortgage Responsibilities

• Assist clients’ with new mortgages, renewals & loan top ups
• Assess clients’ financial position and provide relevant financial advice
• Liaising with lawyers, real estate agents, banks and other parties
• Explain mortgage offers to clients’ and help them in making the decision
• Organise and manage settlements

Insurance Responsibilities

• Evaluating clients’ risk profiles and provide advice of various insurance options
• Assist clients’ with ongoing insurance matters, policy amendments and renewals and advice in relation to insurance claims
• Liaise with insurers to arrange various types of insurances for clients’

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce and or Finance
• Mortgage / Insurance experience preferred
• Maintains strong relationships with clients
• Good communication skills
• Professional & can do attitude
• Desires to exceed set targets
